Customised Honda CRV   PDF  Print  E-mail
Written by Editor

The Honda CR-V sits on the best-seller charts in the many markets where it is available. But when there are so many of them on the road, it will take a lot more effort to differentiate one's CR-V from the crowd.

Here is a very special CR-V that deserves the cake in the realms of customizing for attention, without being an eye sore to the average road-user. Its owner, Alan, had the objective to create a unique car that will stand among the best in the import show scene in Southern California. (FYI: an Import Show is a proxy to the runways of Milan where enthusiasts and tuners parade their best looking vehicles and modifications.)

The 2000 CR-V was customized to look like no other CR-V, and with a front treatment like the one used, it is hard to duplicate. A major strength to Alan's creation how subtly the modification blends into the rest of the vehicle, enhancing the design language used, then corrupting the original CR-V concept. Maybe, the design boys in California could take a leaf from this one and put it into the CR-V replacement?
